  • Do you offer pay-as-you-go pricing?

    No. Flinks plans are designed for production use cases and include a monthly minimum commitment. Our pricing model ensures reliability, support, and consistent performance at scale.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    We don’t offer a self-serve free trial, but you can register for free access to our sandbox environment. The sandbox allows you to explore our APIs, understand how the data is structured, and evaluate how Flinks fits into your workflow.

  • Do you charge integration or platform fees?

    We don’t charge platform or integration fees. Pricing includes a monthly minimum commitment and is based on the products you use and your contracted usage tier.

  • What happens if I exceed my included volume?

    If your usage exceeds what’s included in your plan, additional usage is billed at the overage rates defined in your contract.

  • What level of support can I expect?

    All customers have access to our documentation and Support portal to submit tickets, with fast response times from a dedicated support team. Customers on the Scale plan and above also receive a dedicated customer success representative to oversee their account and ongoing success.
